A Pure, Original,late 17th.c. Period Walnut Chest

Description

A very original untouched Walnut chest of the William and Mary period Circa1690. This chest is 100% as the time it was made. Without restoration and in excellent, sound condition. The Walnut veneers on an Oak carcass and with Oak drawer linings. The top with Geometric Feather banded inlays. All four bun feet are the originals, as are the backboards. Retaining all of the original period drawer handles and locks. A rare survival in such fabulous condition, and with 300 plus years of naturally acquired patination and rich colour.
