Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The rectangular top with cross banded facings, over the three long graduated drawers. Each drawer with a cockbeaded edge and a pair of well turned button faced handles. The drawers with cedar wood linings and brass locks. The chest standing on tapering bracket feet, flanking a lower frieze.
Date circa 1810.
