A Victorian Scottish silver mounted brooch with a large central citrine, also known as a Cairngorm, and six green and amber agate panels. As was typical for this kind of jewellery, the silver is not hallmarked. The citrine stone measures 2cm diameter. The brooch is in excellent condition with a good hinge and pin. One of the amber agate panels has a brownish inclusion which is natural and part of the agate. Overall, a statement piece.
