Technical Description
 
A rare example of a late 19th century Reverse Rubina Verde glass water jug. It has a poring section to the front with optic ribbed intense green leading into peach which matching applied handle. Polished pontil.
 
Rubina Verde is a late 19th century glassware that was shaded from red to green (this is a rare reverse example). It was first made by Hobbs, Brockunier and Company in West Virginia in around 1890.
 
A rare example and very difficult to find.
