Regency Brass Inlaid Rosewood Tripod Table

Description

This elegant REGENCY BRASS INLAID ROSEWOOD TIP-UP TRIPOD TABLE dates from circa 1820.

The fluted column is inset with brass mounts terminating in stylised acanthus leaves. The TABLE is raised on small brass castors beneath Lion’s Paw caps. The cross-banded top has an inlaid brass line, as do the legs.

The release catch is firm and works well.
