A good pair of Georgian period mahogany side chairs. The pair have camel backs with a pierced vase back splat. There is a nice moulded edge to the chair backs and they stand on tapered legs. The pair are in good condition with the odd knock as would be expected for furniture of this age. The drop in seats have been upholstered in charming wool needlework. The chairs both have a good untouched patina and colour. A great pair of usable period chairs with country house decorative appeal.
