Large Antique late 19th Century Gilt Overmantle Wall Mirror – High-Quality Ornate Design

This mirror features a striking design, making it a captivating addition to any suitable space. The frame is solid with no loose joints, ensuring durability.

The bevel edge mirrored glass is in good condition, showing light oxidation, hazing and other age-related imperfections typical of a piece of this age.

Overall: Height 100cm, Width 73cm, Depth 7cm

Mirrored Glass: Height 81cm, Width 53cm

The mirror could be hung in either portrait or landscape.

The frame is in good antique condition, with its lovely aged and patinated original finish. It displays characteristic signs of age, including knocks, marks, wear, losses, repairs, alterations and touch-ups. There are a liberal covering of extinct woodworm holes to the back that have been treated for good measure.
