Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The marble top over a small return mould, and thence a frieze drawer, flanked by tablet ends. The columns with well detailed brass mounts. The caps cast with rising laurel leaves to meet a beaded and twisting abacus and collar. The socles with rising leaves over a rope twist banding.
The whole very well constructed, with a Baltic oak frame and drawer linings, veneered in well figured mahogany.
