Large Pair of Victorian Brass Pricket Candlesticks

A matching pair of fine quality Victorian 'Pricket' candlesticks with decorative cast bases and engraved columns c.1875. The cast tripod foot of each is ornately decorated, the columns above with knuckle to the centre and fine quality engraving in the manner of Pugin. Decorative cast sconce to the top, matching each base with internal pricket to hold a large church style candle (as shown). Each heavy quality candlestick presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Keep up to date via Instagram - sturmansantiques. Each measures 25" high x 8" wide x 8" deep at the foot x 6" diameter sconce.

Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.
