Fine Quality Marine Barometer by Adie, Edinburgh

A fine quality Victorian brass cased marine barometer by highly regarded Edinburgh instrument maker Adie c.1885. The dished brass case with original patinated lacquered finish in excellent condition, hanging loop to the top. Aneroid movement sat behind a white enamel dial bearing the makers name, glazed view window with central reading marker sat over the top. Presented in excellent original condition, fully serviced and working. Keep up to date via Instagram - sturmansantiques. Measures 5" diameter x 6.25" high including hanging loop x 2" deep.
