Victorian Cast Brass Book Lectern

A top quality Victorian cast brass book lectern with fretwork decoration and rise and fall column c.1875. The circular weighted cast brass base with turned oak plinth forming the foot, rise and fall column above. Angled book rest sat to the top with ledge to the front edge to hold the book in place, decorative engraving and fretwork decoration to the backplate. The rest rising and falling by 6" with a securing knob set to the side of the column. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine, very heavy. Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.

Through our trusted international shippers we will source the most competitive quote for delivery to your door. All items are wrapped and packed by the specialist shippers.

We are happy to make initial arrangements for worldwide shipments on your behalf. However, please note that the shipping payment is made by you the customer directly with the shippers.
