Victorian French Marble & Ormolu Mantel Clock

A fine quality Victorian rouge marble and ormolu trimmed mantle clock with Paris made 8 day movement c.1885. The rouge veined marble case with architectural pediment to the top and stepped base. Decorated throughout with ormolu trim and pilasters; matching carrying handle to the top. Engraved silvered dial with with gilt filigree work centre, Roman numerals and blued steel hands; sat behind a hinged glazed door. Paris made 8 day movement with platform escapement in full working order. Presented in immaculate condition with perfect ormolu, fully overhauled and working. Measures 5.25" wide x 3.5" deep x 10" high.

Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.

EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE

Through our trusted international shippers we will source the most competitive quote for delivery to your door. All items are wrapped and packed by the specialist shippers.

We are happy to make initial arrangements for worldwide shipments on your behalf. However, please note that the shipping payment is made by you the customer directly with the shippers.
