A quality Edwardian three piece Bergere suite with original black Chinoiserie decorated finish, fully reupholstered in red damask fabric c.1910. Comprising of a two seater sofa and a matching pair of arm chairs. The quality frames with shaped backs and shaped centre splats, rolled over arms and cabriole legs to the bases. Black Japanned finish with original hand painted Chinoiserie decoration throughout and gilt relief to the edges. The cane work panels all in good condition with no damage or holes. Fully reupholstered in a red damask fabric with new loose feather filled seat cushions and matching bolsters for the backs, the sprung bases upholstered to match. Presented in superb original condition with new upholstery, very comfortable and useable. Sofa measures 63" wide x 30" deep x 32" high at the back x 19" seat height. Each chair measures 32" wide x 30" deep x 32" high at the back x 19" seat height.
