Description

Fine, completely un-touched and original 18th century Welsh oak bow-fronted hanging oak corner cabinet. The first thing to say about this cabinet is, it is a superb colour with wonderful original patination with just a waxed finish. The cabinet is also like the day it was made, totally original with no repairs and no restorations. Original brass lock with working key although the lock spring is a little worn. Original brass knob.

The doors both have an astragal moulding around the inside as a form of decoration. The whole cabinet has a moulding applied to the outer edges.
