This is a wonderful taxidermy study of a kingfisher diving between foliage into a river. The case is wall hanging and comprised of glass and mahogany. It is embellished by faded rope decoration which adds to the authenticity of the piece. Dating to the late Victorian period, it is a really lovely example.
