An unusually small late eighteenth century green lacquered and decorated long case clock.
The case japanned in green lacquer, and decorated with chinoiserie gilt designs showing figures, gardens , pagodas and trees.
The twelve inch break arch dial is unsigned , and has an engraved boss in the arch with Tempus Fugit, with a calendar aperture and subsidiary seconds dial. The eight day duration movement with four pillars.
Fully restored and in excellent condition.
