Original unrestored painted dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands, RAF insignia to the upper half. Dial sat behind a glazed view window set in a cast polished brass bezel with hinged opening. The 8 day single fusee movement by highly regarded and superior quality maker Elliott with anchor escapement and original chain drive. The back plate stamped with the makers name, serial number and dated 1941. A superior quality clock by a highly regarded maker in excellent original condition, fully serviced and working. Measures 19" diameter x 7.25" deep.
