18thc Vintage Indian Brass/bronze Oil Lamp Rare Ashtamangalya Vilakku Diya Pooja

£85    $116    €101
Mid 18th-century Vintage Indian Brass/Bronze Oil Lamp Rare Ashtamangalya Vilakku Diya Pooja This is a fine piece with great patination, potentially earlier than I have estimated, given the wear and the color. The overall condition is very good, but the prong end seems to have a small loss. The top section has engraved floral designs and engraved patterns. Large, heavy and very decorative. The underside has an incredible deep, rich color; this could be 17th century.

Measuring 37.5cm in length, this is a great item for a decorator.
