Brass Cased Carriage Clock by Garrard & Co.

Description

A high-quality English carriage timepiece by Garrard & Co, the Crown Jewellers, of London, one of the UK’s finest early 20th Century clock makers.

An 8 day movement and in good working order with original key.key.

The clock would have been manufactured at Garrard’s famous clockmaking works in Swindon, Wiltshire. This brass framed 5-glass carriage clock offers high levels of craftsmanship and fine materials.

It has a rectangular white enamelled dial set with Roman numerals and the Garrard & Co. inscription. The 5 bevelled crystal glass panels are in good condition with no breaks or cracks. The height measurement includes the handle.
