Henry Frederick Lucas-Lucas (c.1848-1943) was born in Louth in Lincolnshire.
Earl Beatty was one of his main patrons. Several of his works were published as prints, with the best known one being 'Putting in the terriers', 1894. He normally signed both the front and reverse of his work.
