An 18thC longcase clock by Henry King of London. Circa 1740. Henry KIng is recorded as working In Lincoln''s Inn between 1738 and 1760. The square dial with gilt metal spandrels and Roman numeric chapter ring, eight day movement, in red and gilt raised chinoiserie case, with bracket feet, 205cm high.
An incredibly original and fine example of any earth 18th century, London made longcase clock in working order.
