Victorian Country House Oak Spirits Box

A Victorian solid oak country house box for holding bottles of spirits or decanters with superb painted decoration depicting a Georgian town house c.1880. Solid golden figured oak box with hinged lid and brass lock escutcheon to the front. Later painted to depict a Georgian town house with superb detail. The lid opening to reveal a clean original fitted and leathered interior with four divisions to hold bottles or decanters. Presented in excellent condition with a rich polish and no damage. Measures 7.75" wide x 7.75" deep x 9" high.

Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.
