Victorian Polished Oak Banjo Barometer

A late Victorian polished solid oak banjo barometer with thermometer c.1890. The barometer with porcelain dial and skeletonised movement, with a matching porcelain thermometer scale above with mercury action thermometer. The dial sat behind a bevelled edge glass mounted in a polished brass bezel with a centre reading marker. Fully overhauled movement, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 8" wide x 2" deep x 25" high.
