A late a Victorian silver nurses buckle with clear hallmarks on both parts for Birmingham 1900 and makers mark for Britton Gould & Co. The design of this exquisite item features a central fan shaped papyrus leaf on each side surrounded by a semi circle of petal forms, which is repeated at the buckle joints. It is in excellent condition, as near perfect as you can get for the age.
