A stunning and superior quality Victorian oval centre table.The beautiful book matched burr walnut top having king wood cross banding and a superb gilded cast brass edging. The inset frieze having further gilded brass beading and the top is secured with brass thumb screws and brass catch which allows the top to be tilted upright. The attractive base having a tapering turned column with well carved acanthus decoration and supported on 4 cabriole legs with scrolling toes and brass casters. Condition- Fine. Dimensions:- Height…29’’/ 74cm. Width…42.5’’/ 108cm. Depth…31.75’’/ 80.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £60.
