Beeches Vintage has dated this Georgian Silver Serving Spoon to the Georgian era.
It was made by Thomas Eustace and it was Hallmarked in Exeter in 1781.
It’s a serving or tablespoon size.
The maker’s mark and Hallmarks at on the back of the handle.

The spoon is over 240 years old and is a very special piece of history.
The Silver is shiny with light scratches and a little tarnish. There’s a very small row of tiny dents at the end of the handle and one at the end of the bowl. There are two very small dents to the bowl. You have to look very closely to see these.
It weighs 56g and measures 21.7cm in length (8 1/2 inches).
