What is a club fender?

A club fender is a low upholstered bench that sits around the hearth, allowing people to sit close to the fire. These pieces combine metal frames with cushioned tops to create practical fireside seating.

How do I measure for a fireplace seat?

Measure the width and depth of your hearth surround to ensure the fender clears the fireplace opening. Allow sufficient clearance for fire safety while matching the proportions of the room.

Are these seats comfortable?

The upholstered top rails provide firm seating designed for short periods near the fire. Leather and velvet coverings offer a traditional texture that ages with use.

How do I care for brass and leather?

Clean brass frames with appropriate metal polish to maintain their surface appearance without abrasive scratching. Condition leather seats periodically to preserve the material and prevent drying.
