How do I care for camphor wood?

Camphor wood requires stable indoor humidity levels to prevent the timber from drying out or splitting. Avoid placing these chests near direct heat sources or in damp environments. Dust the surface regularly with a dry cloth and preserve the natural finish without harsh chemical polishes. Original brass hardware should be cleaned gently without abrasive cleaners.

How are shop drawers constructed?

Shop drawers are built with robust timber carcasses designed to withstand heavy daily use in commercial settings. Elm, pine, and hardwood are common in their construction.
