Refunds are given when goods have been damaged during transport or have been wrongly described . Goods
returned due to customers mistake i.e.. Item not fitting in the room or to big to go through doors etc. Can be returned but the customer will pay all transport cost
as the transport of large items is expensive so please check the sizes.
