Christmas has arrived early- The tureens arrived at around 9.00am. Filled with trepidation, Angie and I couldn't pluck up the courage to open the parcel until 2.00pm! We needn't have worried. Please tell Mr. Campbell that I am delighted not only with the card holders but also their handling, packing, and presentation with storage bags.
Since I had only last week received a costly item damaged in shipment from another dealer in England, I feared the card holders, being fragile, might suffer a similar fate. My fears were groundless since they had been wrapped in paper, then bubble pack (as I requested), then placed in an oversize carton filled with foam insulation. The meticulous packing was not in vain since one side of the box had deep indentations from mishandling.
I especially appreciated the insurance valuation and the silver storage bags since they thoughtfully anticipated matters to which I had not yet adverted when ordering.
In brief, in this age where first-class business done in a first-class way is almost a bygone memory Mr. Campbell maintains that standard unreservedly. Kudos to him and all your colleagues.

It is late and we have just opened and inspected the canteen and find it to be amazing.....a real honour for us to be able to have it in our home and to use it with our friends. Thank you for making that a reality.
The overall packaging and presentation is perfect. Every piece in unbelievable condition, perfectly polished and beautiful to look at. We cannot begin to thank you enough for allowing us to purchase it.
It strikes us that it is quite a bit lighter in overall weight than our prior George Adams set. We like that about it very much since it has such a wonderful feel in the hand and a beauty that could be a touch French, Danish or even German. We are honestly thrilled.
The case is a wonderful piece of furniture and befits the silver........incredible.
