A miniature French oval brass cased carriage clock. An enamel dial with blued steel 'moon' hands and Roman numerals. A nicely shaped carrying handle. A stepped moulded base panel. An 8-day duration timepiece mechanism with the original lever escapement. The mechanism is numbered 2866. Circa 1890.
