A beautiful example of a Victorian linen press - c1890
The exterior finish is excellent.
Fielded panel doors open to reveal a high quality set of shelves. Each door benefits from carved detailing to the upper arch.
The piece is constructed of solid mahogany and is in excellent order throughout. The interior and exterior are very clean and the Linen Press is ready to use.
Presently the top section is shelved, however hanging rails could be installed in place of these, if required, creating generous hanging space.
A wonderful item of furniture that is very versatile.
It is in excellent order throughout. The piece has obviously been very well cared for over the past 120 years.
