A fine example of a late 18thc ''bell'' metal chamberstick , .....unusual as it is made of bell metal,...this is where the brass contains a higher amount of copper and you get this attractive mellow golden colour...collectors are always keen to buy bell metal pieces....this chamberstick has the unique feature of a ''disc'' shaped handle...again uncommon among chambersticks of this age...in nice condition for its age and use.
English. C1780-C1800.
