These are a handsome pair of silver plated tankards. Of one pint and half pint capacity. Designed by Keith Murray for Mappin & Webb. Their makers mark are stamped on each piece together with a registered design number. c.1930 British made. These are typical Art Deco in design with stepped bases, angular handles with a stepped design. Lines on the upper part completes the balance of style. Sold in original plate with little wear.
Height of one pint 12 cm (4.75”)
Height of half pint 10 cm (4”)
