Description

A mid Victorian era mahogany chest of drawers c1870. A lovely clean chest of drawers, with eight drawers. The top drawer layer is divided into a central square drawer, with a pair on each side. The handles are typical of the Victorian Aesthetic era c1870. The chest has a well proportioned and even shape, as the back has supportive panels and the drawers are panel lined too. All escutcheons and locks are present. It has good colour and patina and is in very good clean condition, after polishing.
