This piano is in solid order throughout as an item of furniture, however it requires attention to the piano workings.

It appears that everything is present under the cover but there are loose hammers, sticky keys and general dust build up. It is evident that the piano has been kept in suitable surroundings, but has not been maintained.

This piano will make a wonderful project. The market for a good working John Broadwood square piano of this age and quality prices the piece from £7000 to £10,000
