19th C Fusee Wall Clock with 16in Dial with Mahogany Case

Description

Being Made with a Mahogany Surround, rather than the Cheaper Wood of Oak, this Wall Clock was Probably Installed in a Retail Shop, Smart Office, Hotel, School or Some Other Important Building and used to regulate the Activity of the Workforce or Visitors. Ensuring they performed their tasks on time.

The 8 Day Fusee Movement with Painted Dial has been Checked, Serviced, Tested and Found to be in Good Antique Working Condition. The Quality Mahogany Case is in Good Sound Order but with the usual minor marks and shrinkage in keeping with its Life.
