Description

Victorian Quality Burr Walnut Tall Display Vitrine Pier Cabinet. This impressive Victorian inlaid burr walnut tall display cabinet has a wonderful burr walnut top with moulded edge under having a shaped inlaid detail with ormolu detail to the edge. Under having single glazed door with line inlay detail and bead ormolu detail the sides of the glazed sides have line inlay and bead ormolu detail. All standing on a lovely shaped base and line inlay. The interior having three covered adjustable display shelves.

Circa 1870

The cabinet is all in very good condition but there is a small piece of decorative gilt beading missing on the bottom of the left hand side door and the right hand side of the cabinet.
