Description

Hard to find Rene Lalique Longchamp A double mane car mascot

Introduced in 1929

Model 1152 A

The condition is very good with no damage or faults.

There are some typical air bubbles present within the glass.

A fine grove was ground around the base to allow the chrome mount to be fitted. This was done in the factory at the time of production.

The R Lalique moulded mark is clearly visible to the front above the chrome mount. The moulded France mark which is at the back is only partially visible as it has been ground through to accommodate the chrome mount.

The base is made from black glass and has a Stencilled R Lalique mark.

There are a few scratches to the top of the polished glass.
