A lovely painted neoclassical style bed dating from around 1880. Decorated with carved torcheres , a garland of roses & a bow to the headboard & swags of corn husks to the footboard . Both the headboard & inside of the footboard are newly upholstered in a good quality heavy neutral Irish linen .

This bed will take a standard kingsize mattress.
