Description

This small glass is etched on one side with the Prince of Wales feathers and motto, and on the other with “God Blefs ye Prince”.

Presume these glasses were used in some form of drinking game and when everyone had downed the contents the dice were read and the winner was the one with the highest score.

Not entirely sure which Prince of Wales this refers to, it could refer to George IV or equally to Edward V11 when they held the title, as both were known to be fond of gambling.

It is faceted all around 12 sides, it is in excellent order with only a couple of very minor chips to the base.
