A classy late 19th Century dressing table by Howard and Sons Ltd of 25, 26, 27 Berners Street, London. C.1890
This flamed Mahogany dressing table is of superb build quality as to be expected by all Howard products, with fine details in the carving and handles.
On square tapering legs terminating in original stamped casters, stamped again on the middle draw and also obtaining its plastic label, fitted with Hobbs & Co locks throughout.
The business relocated to 25, 26 and 27 Berners Street, London in 1872 and stayed there until 1935.
With distressed mirror, some sun bleached imperfections, also small part of cockbeading not present.
