Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The drip pans fitting within candle holders formed as hexagonal campana vases, decorated with rising flowers. The hexagonal stems with chamfered caps, over the tapering bodies, decorated with flower adorned panels, between further concave fielded panels. The stems spreading into the stepped and concave mould bases, likewise with floral decoration.
Hallmarked for John Round, Sheffield 1897.
