Mike Melody Antiques has dated this piece to the Regency era.
It measures 35cms long ,dates from the "regency " period c1820.
Made of coromandel wood and virtually complete including cut glass inkwells etc
It is in good original condition including fittings 29cms deep and 19cms high. It shows its usage with historic inkstains which only adds to its charm.
