A quality Art Deco cedar wood blanket box by the renowned American Lane Company.

Superb walnut detailing, with original locking mechanism and retaining its paper marketing labelling, although the guarantee expired in September 1945!

The box opens to reveal a top shelf attached to the lid, with three compartments lined in baise and the good size storage area for fabrics below.

The box in excellent condition. Our restorer has over 40 years of furniture restoration experience including 15 years living at Windsor Castle whilst working for the Royal household, so comes highly recommended!
