A rare Anderson of Bristol juvenile fairground/carousel cockerel, c.1900 - 1910.
Made from section wood with its original metal pole support still in place. Hand painted detail and glass eye, these original English examples are now hard to find, and this highly decorative example is a real stunner.

Condition Report
An old, aged item that has stood the test of time, it’s been used for many years, and this is shown in the wear and tear. We feel this item has been over painted on numerous occasions as you would example from original fairground items of this nature. With aged repairs and restoration across the neck section as we have tried to show.
