Description

A really charming early Victorian folding music stand, designed to stand on a table-top. Carved from solid Mahogany and fairly delicate, it is quite amazing it has lasted in such wonderful condition over the last 150 years or so.

There is an concealed or integral hinge, absolutely beautifully engineered. There are two brass supports to hold the music in place, which are replacements.

A most unusual piece for the Musician in your life. Excellent condition, measuring 14 1/2" tall x 9" wide while folded flat.
