A late Victorian / early Edwardian period, walnut extending kitchen dining table, in Arts & Crafts taste, This charming table constructed in solid oak and beech, with solid beech rectangular top, with canted corners and reeded edge. Oak substructure from the plain frieze and raised on well proportioned square tapered legs with spade feet, on brass and ceramic castors. The top extends by way of winding screw mechanism, with original handle, and additional leaf.
A highly functional table, full of character with age and use related marks and blemishes. In good working condition, and ready for use.

This table measures approximately 73.5 cm (29'') tall, 192 cm (75.5'') long extended, 148 cm (58.25'') long unextended, and 121 cm (47.75'') wide. The additional leaf measures 44 cm (17.25'').
