A Regency period, rosewood console or fold-over card/games table, Circa 1820. This table with well figured rosewood oblong top with rounded corners. The top folds out and swivels around to reveal a square top with green baize inset. Inside is a mahogany lined cavity. A well figured plain frieze. Supported on a turned carved stem on waisted base, raised on four carved short feet, all with internal castors.
A lovely table, well presented, with some minor blemishes. Cleaned and wax polished, and very much ready for use.

This table measures approximately 74 cm (29'') tall, 91.75 cm (36'') wide, 45.25 cm (17.75'') deep unfolded, and 91.75 cm (36'') by 91 cm (35.5'') when folded out across the top.
