A Stunning Antique Painted Oak Buffet Deux Corps from Normandy, France. Having a charming scroll work cornice with central bulls-eye motif above two glazed doors with their original glass intact. Enclosing three shelves, two of which are removable. The lower section with very attractive panelled doors which are centred with pretty carved decoration enclosing shelved area. The whole standing on squat cabriole legs. Finished in the most wonderful original time worn paint with lots of patina and wear showing through to its oak bones. Becoming increasingly hard to find in this original condition. Two working locks with keys present. Splits into three sections sections for easier transport and installation.
